About
Forming the Next Generation of Christian Leaders
DEW Ministry—Daniel Explores to Witness—exists to raise young disciples rooted in Christ and prepared to live out their faith with courage and humility.
Inspired by Psalm 110:3, we believe God is calling this generation to rise willingly for His Kingdom.
Why DEW
The name DEW reflects both our calling and our model.
Like Daniel, students are trained to remain faithful in challenging environments.
Like the dew of dawn, we believe young people rise willingly when formed in truth, discipline, and purpose.
Formed. Sent. Empowered.
DEW’s journey unfolds through Discipleship, Outreach, and Leadership. Students are rooted in Christ, sent to serve in mission fields, and shaped into servant leaders with courage, character, and conviction.

Discipleship
Students participate in a focused ten-week formation journey that cultivates spiritual depth and leadership character.
Through worship, biblical teaching, prayer, small groups, and ministry preparation, they grow in Christian identity, community, missions, and a life rooted in prayer.

Outreach
Following ten weeks of discipleship, students are sent on a short-term mission experience to live out what they have learned.
They partner with local churches and missionaries to lead VBS programs, share the gospel through evangelism, and serve communities with humility, courage, and Christlike love.

Leadership
Throughout both training and mission experience, students are intentionally formed as servant leaders.
They grow by mentoring peers, carrying meaningful responsibilities, learning from local Christian ministries, and engaging cultural and historical contexts to better understand God’s work in the world.

Ten Core Values.
